SUMMARY
The Committee elected Ms N Ndalane (ANC) as the Chairperson. She was not present to accept her appointment and only arrived after meeting had adjourned.
MINUTES
The Committee clerk asked for Chairperson nomination candidates. Ms N Ntwanambi nominated Ms Ndalane and in the absence of further nominations Ms Ndalane was elected.
The clerk asked the newly elected Chairperson to take up her position, only to find that she was not in the meeting. Ms Ndalane arrived soon thereafter, but the meeting had already been adjourned
