SUMMARY
The new Portfolio Committee elect its Chairperson, Ms E Thabethe.
MINUTES
Ms Manjezi convened the meeting and asked for Chairperson nominations. Mr D Olifant (ANC) proposed Ms E Thabethe and Mr Ellis (DA) seconded the nomination. The latter expressed convinction that the Chairperson would do a good job.
The Chairperson circulated the updated Committee programme and promised to check when Party Caucuses would be sitting.
The meeting was adjourned.
