Busisiwe Pauline Shiba is a South African politician who is currently serving as the Mpumalanga MEC for Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development. She previously served as the MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs from 21 February 2021 to 10 May 2022. She has also previously served as the MEC for Social Development from 2016 to 2019 and the speaker for Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature from 2019 to 2021. Shiba was also appointed the convener of the Mpumalanga African National Congress Women's League (ANCWL).
