Member of the Free State Provincial Legislature
Mr Bulwane is currently the MEC for Police, Roads and Transport. Prior to this he served as the former MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development from May 2019 to September 2021.
Mr Bulwane is a former provincial secretary of the ANC in the Free State and speaker of Metsimaholo Local Municipality. He serves in the ANC Free State as the Coordinator of the party’s Provincial Task Team (PTT).
