Mr Liam Jacobs in 2020, was elected as the chairperson of House Humanities Faculty and subsequently became one of four first-year Faculty House chairpersons in the university’s history. This led to him becoming a member of the academic sub-council of the University’s SRC in 2021. He also played a key role in re-establishing DASO UP in 2022. Mr Jacobs is currently studying towards his Honours Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Pretoria.
