Considering that she has halted a school feeding scheme tender worth almost R10 billion that was supposedly to be centralised, how (a) will the centralisation be done and (b) soon will it be concluded as the children cannot continue learning under such conditions?
The Provincial Education Departments are continuing to implement both centralised and decentralised procurement models which are still in place. Learners will not be affected and continue to receive meals as planned by each province.
