(1) (a) How many of the vehicles for the Kouga Local Service Area with regard to (i) Emergency Medical Response Services (EMRS), (ii) ambulances, (iii) patient transfer vehicles, (iv) school health programmes and (v) mobile clinics are still unlicensed as at 31 October 2012, (b) what are the reasons for not licensing the vehicles in each case and (c) when will these vehicles be licensed; (2) whether any service programmes were stopped as a result of the lack of transport; if not, how was this conclusion reached; if so, (a) how many patients have been left without (i) primary and/or (ii) other health care services in this regard and (b) what are the further relevant details?
