(1) Whether, given that the SA Police Services (SAPS) and the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) have failed to secure a prosecution in the 175 cases that the Intercape Bus Company has reported (details furnished), the failure is due to the fact that the SAPS is fundamentally under-skilled to investigate crimes; if not,
(2) whether the SAPS is unwilling to investigate the crimes related to the Intercape Bus Company; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, how does the SAPS address the issue of under-skilled police investigators?
