The South African Police Service (SAPS) has not received any petition to review the decision to drop the charges against 95 Libyan citizens, who received military-style training near White River, in Mpumalanga.
During the investigation, it was established that the firearms and ammunition were licenced and belonged to Milites Dei Security Company.
No particular person was found in possession of the illicit drugs, therefore, no one could be connected to the possession thereof.
