Hon House Chair, Deputy President, the exploitation of South Africans by foreign businesses in these rural areas and townships is a great concern and the inspectors from the Labour Department are not always seen paying visits to these businesses. And the employees from these businesses in the rural and township areas are losing cases when they go to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, CCMA.
This is very much happening now in rural areas and in townships. So, what is your take Mr President in order to curb this so that our people can get assistance? Thank you very much.
