The Constitution in its founding provisions states as follows, "The Republic of South Africa is one, sovereign, democratic state". [Interjections.] It also goes on in section 21(3) of the Bill of Rights ... and it doesn't matter how loudly you speak, hon member, the Constitution is a written document which you have sworn an oath to uphold, and I think your behaviour at the moment says that you don't agree with the Constitution. So, I don't know what you've sworn an oath to uphold.
