Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and Training,

I am a concerned employee of the North West Community Education and Training college,working as a Centre Manager at one of the CLC's.

I am reaching out to you,raising my concern that HR has violated my rights and the basic condition of employment,I am battling to survive,I have not received my money(arrears) from October 2018 and my salary notch is still not being elevated to the REQV as per the position.I am being under paid,and this matter is long overdue now.

Since from March 2019 the office is busy telling stories!All i need is my money not stories that depresses me everyday,am going to work and do my job as expected even though am not happy.

If then as the department of higher education and training your aim is to improve lives and provide good quality
access to free education,how is this mandate going to be reached?As an employee, I am not happy!

I therefore ask for the committee to intervene to this matter,as I need to be compensated accordingly.
