Dear Portfolio Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs,

My daughter is doing B.Com (Disaster Management) at Stenden SA and has been given documents by the Institution to do in service training at Raymone Mhlaba. She went to the Chief of the Municipal Disaster Management and was given a date to start but on that date she was referred to the Municipal Manager's Office. It is at that Office where she was informed to leave her documents and wait for the Municipal Manager to approve that. The Municipal Manager was at Alice some 21km away and no one cared to call her. That was two weeks ago. I have appealed to Minister Dlamini Zuma, Salga, Provincial MEC but nothing came out of that. Where else can I go now to court?
