Dear Portfolio Committee on Health,

I object to, and express my concern regarding the NHI bill. The pilot schemes have failed, the taxpayers cannot be thrashed anymore to finance it, government SOE’s are failing dismally and I have no confidence that the national government could run this NHI without serious adverse consequences and corruption. Far too many problems have already been foreseen. Remember OBE, government did not listen to advice there, and look what happened. A failure of monumental proportions for a generation of students.
