Dear Portfolio Committee on Health, we very much appreciate the effort that the government is planning to ammend this bill. But am also have concerns as a citizen of this country as to why is it taking so long for government to ammend and start implementing this bill in to action. Am asking this because as they delay families are loosing bread winners every day while the government is busy delaying to implement the bill.
Again I don't understand why can't they atleast subside those who are paying medical care companies a lot of money knowing for the fact that the majority of we blacks can't afford, not working due to retrenchments which the government itself gave a go ahead and approved section 189 to companies who have profited lot of money long ago through all this years.

I myself think it's high time now that our government needs to act not to react because the only savings we got as South Africans has exhausted and the poor children get affected every time by such things and impacting badly at their school curriculum as a result of the delays and not thinking for a black child perspective.
