Dear Portfolio Committee on Small Business Development,

Please assist township businesses. These people have been suffering during the apartheidispensation and are still suffering under their government.
Government has failed to help while people continue to suffer. Coca - Cola has restructured introducing LDP and now most businesses are no longer allowed to purchase direct from them, after supporting it for the past 50 years, thus decreasing profit margins and adding transport costs as they have to travel to get stock.
I am completely against Xenophobia, but feel that it is unfair to allow other people who are not offering any skills to this economy .

Our government failed to come up with policies that will assist these businesses to broaden their base in order to improve their status cuo, but continue to allow the big organisations that thrived through the same businesses for quite a long time, continue to exploit them or sideline them through restructuring for example Coca - Cola.
I write this with a heavy heart and would like to appeal to parliamentarians who are responsible for small business development to engage with all business individuals and come up with a solution that will assist to build our country.
