As a government official working in technical services, during the implementation of OSD, there is group of deserving officials that were left out for grading.We feed,receive and share same information with Officials that receive same benefits

Its awkward and surprising how officials working with the Maintenance of the government buildings can just converted into property assessors, no accreditation and non negotiable with official. It`s very questionable about sectional deputy directors (DD) if they allow their handlers to triple the load work on official without compensation. i.e younger official performs three times lesser job functions than on their later years of their age, with no significant compensation,that`s unfair.
