Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and Training,
It is soo sad for one to study hoping to improve their families
situation but they find themselves struggling to get employment
neither enter into a higher education institution because they
can’t produce an NCV level 4 certificate that they have completed
6 years back. What happened to this NCV thing being more advanced
as it had both theory and practical? Because we are struggling to
get a go ahead into life as we end up being unemployed it is
really heart breaking.
