Poor service at Temba Deparment of Labour

Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,
On the 13/02/2020 my father went to the Temba Department of Labour the service the he got there was very poor ,My father is an elderly man of 63 years old he is on the process of registering for Social grants,at Temba Sassa told him to bring a document from the department of labour to show that he has received all his UIF money when he got at Temba department of Labour the Lady by the Name of Daphney she works at the front desk,she told him that the person responsible of handing out those letters is not available he should go to Department of labour at Pretoria CBD,my father came to my work place at Jubilee Hospital to tell me how did he go we then went back i found that Lady again and he told me the same thing that he told my father and she even said its not my father only that is being chased out he should go to Pretoria cbd for assistance i then asked to see the manager she said i should ask the security guard to show me the managers office, the security guard refused and said she should be the one showing me the Managers office when i went back to her she said the manager told her not to be disturbed and showed me some paper with contact details of the manager i tried to call them but number but the numbers was not working and the landline number was not picked untill me and my father decided to leave the premises still not assisted.i would like the committee to look in to this cause there is a lot of poor service delivery to our elderly citizen by those employees.
