I did not stop my salary, and I come to you for such a problem to be solved.
Do not forget that our salaries have a direct impact on our everyday lives, and in stead, I am treated like I am the one who asked for my salary to be stopped, and authorities fail to take decisive action against those who have wronged me and or have committed a crime against me.

Please bring to book those who stopped paying my salary for no reason known to me, and immediately pay my salary into my bank account.

I did nothing wrong. Do not try and investigate this simple truth, take a decisive action and see my salary paid into my account today. Investigating this truth shall follow after my salary is paid, when you investigate before my salary is paid, you are only babysitting the problem that all corrupt officials have babysitted with fear, favour or prejudice and the only thing that has been achieved is the supremacy of Corruption or dishonesty, and not the supremacy of the Constitution which forces all to recognize the injustices of my past.

When recognizing the injustices of my past 21 months without a salary, it is true that you must fix that problem before you go to the next step of Investigating why... But first pay my salary into my bank account.

Arrest the Chief of the Navy Vice Admiral Hlongwane, the Chief Human Resources Vice Admiral Kubu and the Accounting Officer Of the Department of Defence for financial misconduct, financial irregularities or gross violation of the Treasury Regulations.

Do not listen to long stories about who loves who and who hates who... Just have my salary paid into my bank account as there is no court order giving authority for payment of my salary to be stopped.

I do not know why my salary is not paid, and when I go to court in sought of recourse, I find that the judicial officers are bribed to betray the law and enslave me to protect the few that has stopped my salary.

Do not fall into the trap of looking at my personality as a person and wish it to be otherwise... Look into facts before you, and what you have is a person with a clean discipline record and not being paid a salary.

Clean discipline record means there is no court order convicting me of any crime.

It is indeed true that many top officials wishes ill upon me, and truly speaking, I have nothing to do with their personal wishes, all I know is I did not answer for any crime in relation to my salary being stopped or me being dismissed.

For far too long many have suffered as a result of this practice by Vice Admiral Hlongwane taking the law in his own hands to facilitate the perpetuation of criminal activity, corruption and misconduct by top government officials.

When we voice this criminal activity, corruption and misconduct to the relevant authorities as mandated by the Code of Conduct for uniformed members of the SANDF,,, we are threatened and have our livelihood stripped from us so as to keep quiet and remain confused and oppressed.

I say this for I have overcome horrible things in the past and escaped depression and madness.

The truth is Vice Admiral Hlongwane and others are receiving salaries while they are not supposed to. They were fired on record of court on 7 September 2018 . Please ask the Honourable Rabie J of the Pretoria High Court if he understands what is written on Rule 39 (1) of the uniform rules of court... Please don't ask him many things,, as he will tell you a lot of English just to waste your time and run away from the truth. Ask him only one question... Judge Rabie, do you understand what is written in Rule 39 (1) of the uniform rules of court? It is only after learning the truth to that answer where you will learn that the Minister of Defence, the Chief of Defence, the Chief of the Navy, Flag Officer Fleet, Rear Admiral Mkhonto and Captain (SAN) Sayed are long time fired.

I do trust that it is the truth that sets people free.

I want my money in my account... Personalities aside, let us follow the law.

I am tired of living a lie so that people can continue to rob my country and its people.

I demand an end to this corrupt or dishonest behavior by law enforcement authorities.

Stop listening to lies about me,,, I have two beautiful children that I must care for, and I cannot care for them without my salary. I don't want my salary, I need it, Just like a car does not want petrol, it needs petrol.

It is not a lie that payment of my salary will mean that the terms of section 50 of the Constitution will have to be enacted. I do not hide the fact that the incumbent President Cyril Ramaphosa is also involved in this matter and must be removed as President in terms of section 89 of the Constitution.

Good people, on 23 May 2018 I wrote a letter to the President as my Commander-In-Chief, and his answer was to put me in the streets to suppress the truth in the letter dated 23 May 2018.

The letter is 69 pages long and includes the judiciary, the legislature, the national executive and other organs of State called to act as one in compelling the Department of Defence (DOD) to abide by the objects of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) .

In case you do not know, the object of the PFMA is to secure transparency, accountability and sound management of the revenue, expenditure assets and liabilities of the institution to which the PFMA applies. Please understand that Dr Sam Gulube as the Accounting Officer and Secretary of Defence would not have a position in the Department of Defence and Military Veterans if the PFMA did not apply to the DOD. So, let us stop listening to lies of people who are just simply trying to protect their interests. Let's focus on the truth.

The truth is, I want my money, and like any other person receiving a taxable income, my money is legal, and must be paid simply because the Constitution is the supreme law of the Republic, law or conduct inconsistent with it is invalid to the extent of its inconsistency, and the obligations imposed by it must be fulfilled.

My family is protected by the Constitution and the law. And those employed to uphold the law, are currently compromised. There is nothing wrong with the law, the wrong you must focus on, is that of the people employed in offices that requires them to uphold the law. And please do not be confused by thinking that such people are the Alfa and Omega,,, there are many South Africans who wants to be the incumbent Chief Justice, and there are many judges who want to be judges in the Constitutional Court or the High Court or the Military Court. Trust me they do have necessary qualifications to fill the post, but they are not friends with the President or any other person in power.

My other name is Madala, I am tasked by my ancestors to lead the entire AFRICA and the Republic of South Africa into the light... My calling is bigger than me or my age of 37. I did not choose this calling, I only answered the call.

Nyiko Mangolele and Alutha Songelwa are children who only know the hurt of being denied a father, please do not make my children suffer as a result of the incompetence of Mogoeng CJ to know that their best interests are of paramount importance in every matter concerning them.. Mogoeng CJ makes it clear to everyone in the world that I bear no reasonable prospects of success to care for my children in his mind,, and his little mind tells him that such a fact is true in any event. Is that what you employ Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng to make fathers believe?

There is no need to start investing this truth, the need that is there is for my salary to be paid first, then investigate this truth to right the wrongs. Let us not go in circles claiming to fight corruption while the actual truth is we are doing nothing to fight such corruption because it is done by Mogoeng CJ or President Cyril Ramaphosa.
