Dear Portfolio Committee on Labour, why don't use the principle of reciprocity (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reciprocity_(international_relations)) when dealing with immigration some African countries don't have quotas (https://qz.com/africa/1199618/nigeria-visas-restricted-for-foreign-workers-under-new-buhari-order/) even kenya and others sepcialy North African... they prioritise their own citizens first against Pan African stuff later... e.g if product from country X is being exported to country Y, then the driver must be from country X, if importing then the driver must be from country Y.... as its prices and taxed...
