i am thulani mniki working for a security company in cape town.i am now 11months in this company,they are paying us R4100/m,they are saying we are on learnership,they do not care about our previous experience.we have found out that the company is paying us according to psira regulations act,bt the personson who is deducting money from our salaries,is our area manager,as one of the office staff member accidentally broaght printouts which shows how much we earn hourly.when we asked our area manager,he told us to throw those printouts away as they are incorrect.the money that he is deducting to each an every employee is R2000 a month.so we bring this in your attention as we thrust you,because we tried to follow chain of command within the company,bt without veil.we thrust you that you can help us regarding this matter.kindly regards;thulani mniki.contacts 0810759590
