Dear Portfolio Committee on Small Business Development,

At LL Solutions, we fully believe that guided by Mid-Term Strategic Framework (MTSF) 2019-2024, significant progress towards developing Small Businesses will be registered and have local SMME's contribute to the economy and create jobs.

In responding to the injustices of the pandemic, it is time to accelerate growth, create decent employment and promote investment in a competitive economy. In giving effect to this mandate, we will continue to be guided by Mid-Term Strategic Framework (MTSF) 2019 – 2024 commitment to “improve the quality of life of all citizens and free South Africa's job creation potential”. I fully believe that creating Jobs would be the best way to respond to the injustices of the pandemic.

It is therefore, important that we put in place treatment mechanisms to respond to unemployment crises and the injustices of the pandemic, while minimising the impact and mitigating the severity,
