Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

I am working for a Security Company, and we're working 20days in a Month but it's divided into otherwise.

The Company I am working for, I'm working 7days, 7nights then we get 7days off, next time when we begin the shift on the same month, we must increase the 14days we worked on the previous shift to amount to 20days, since we're working on a timesheet based manner.

I would like to know how much is a minimum wage/salary we aught to receive since the 20 working days will amount to 240hrs per month.
