My Name is Sinenhlanhla Linda Tshabalala, i had loans taken under my name around 2017 i have been trying to clear my name ever since. So what happened when I launched a complaint with you guys an investigation/assessment was done but now all the information that was on that document was false information something i have never seen before, to give few pointers as i had sought advice and did some investigation following the allegations on that assessment file.
it was said with the loan Capital "i had purchased a Micro-bus which later turned out to be stolen" so now according to the information that i got from the SAPS/NPA was what is the case no of the case were the car later turned out stolen ? secondly if a person has ever registred or purchased a vehicle proof should be provided between the two parties and in my case i dont even know who the guy mentioned on the assessment and were was the police station were this car was taken or arrested? i even went as applying for Applying for a Police Clearance Certificate as proof that i had nothing to do with this matter.
it is said again " Payslip was used during the application" so i requested for capitec to mail me that copy of the payslip as i have also communicated with my HR Derpatment requesting a payslip of the month speculated on the report so that we compare the two payslips cause according to the money i was earning it was gonna be highly impossible for me to even qualify for a loan as i was earning something line 5K (R5000) or less.i was once employed as a loan agent at some time in my life what i know is before granting a loan leaving expenses are taken into consideration before giving a person a loan, now in my case as someone who earns so little and leaving in soweto travelling each day by public transport how do i end up with so much money i don't even know or have seen before? it is clear that who ever did this had to have access to manipulate the system. Another thing how is it even possible for a person who in his life never even had a clothing account end up getting a loan of R 80 000 + and credit cards ? that should have raised all the red flags to whoever that was investigating this matter unless if that person is also in on this fruad.
it was said " they have pictures of a person who looks like me" now their are alot of people who are alike so i should suffer cause a picture of someone who looks like me was taken? i have even made things easier i have attached a picture of myself that was taken 2017 they can use it to see if its me.
Lastly as i was also trying to get this judgement removed on my name i ended up seeking for legal assistance, were i was asked to request the loan agreement document which took months to get and when finally opening the documents. i noticed that the signature on that document was not my signature its clear someone wanted to copy my signature to prove that i have also attached, a private Finance Contract of my finaced Vihecle that i ever had in my life which was a Polo Vivo Trendline 2017 which got written off last year in a accident as ToDate i dont have any car and can't also finance one cause of this matter at hand. so i have attached the contract for your guys to see the differences between the signature on the loan document and my actual signature.
this matter has taken so long by counting my life has been on stand still for 3 years since 2017, at the moment i am okay with the advices of getting lawyers so i also get compensation regrdaing this matter, i just don't want any of that can i get this matter re-evalauted and get my name cleared so i can got on with my life. this matter has really distracted my life, i can't apply for funding to study help better my life as am a bread winner at home. its a plea can i have it evalauted correctly this time so my name can be clear once its done can i also be given feedback on this eaither by email written.
