My name is thembinkosi Sydney Mandla I'm 47 years old stay at Adelaide Eastern cape .first problem1. I was working for calvary Methodist church in midrand gauteng from 8 January 2018 until 30 June 2020 .the problem is my provident fund the was R480 ,deducted from my salary since I've started until they dismissed me but all along the money that is deducted to my salary is not going where it supposed go to so when I ask they said to me they will only give me my contribution I won't get they are contribution s coz the the money they never send to MCO so I need help in that please . and secondly uif they never signed and give me u19 form coz I went to labour to get forms and I give them to signed but they never give me back to submit the form please help me I'm Hungary my child and the family I'm a bread winner pleas my number 0835129227
