Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,
Its almost a year that I try to get hold of a Finalization letter.I have been in a motor vehicle accident while on duty.All payments has been dealt with by the Compensation Fund.I have tried all the officials who has been dealing with my claim,the cf enquiry, cf complaints, cf customers care,the Presidential hotline,office of Mr Vuyo Mafata,Ministers and Commissioners but with no luck.Its understandable that Covid 19 is to be blamed on delays.But how can you make payments on everything regarding accident,but not sign off on Finalization letter. Its really disgusting of the Poor Service we as the Public receive from Government Entity's.
