Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

I have applied for my unemployment benefits since October 2020 IV been calling every week to check the progress and they have been telling me they are escalating my issue, online my status has change to payment done, as I have received the money but I haven't, everytime I call they tell me there's nothing they can do. Can you please assist me with this matter.
