Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,
I have made a claim on my UIF benefits on the 06/01/2021 on ufiling. It is 4 months already and every time I phone the Uif hotline they keep on telling me that my claim has been send to the correct department, for the last 4 months I have been patient and waited but for some reason they always have an excuse. I understand that it's covid but I know people that received their money that went via the labour department branch. Shouldn't the online platform be faster?
