Dear Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation, When will the final regulations come out for the PPRA?
I am a business broker who is involved in selling business as a going concern, normally is there no immovable property involved, only lease contracts. Will I also be included in the new PPRA or is this new Act only aimed to regulated and transformed the current Estate Agencies and agents?
In the definition of the Property Practitioner act is the following wording included "sale property or any business undertaking" but the is no definition for business undertaking in the act.
