Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Technology,

TuT has the most impoverished students in South Africa in the country. It was recently reported in the Mail and Guardian that R4.4bn is owed by 11255 students! This university under its failed VC who is paid over R4m a year has only succeeded to create a looting arm called TUTEH! His tenure is mired by the death of a student and collapsing infrastructure including our beloved residence. This VC will soon disappear into the sunset without being held to account for his actions. Is he protected due to his close relationship with the Minister which he boasts to management who challenge him when they question him. This appears to be his modus operandi while he was the administrator of WSU after being appointed by his friend the Minister!

We emplore you to do your work and hold those in power to account! Let Katlego Monareng not have died in vein!
