My name is Manqoba Gumede age 29 years. Founder and owner of Economic Training and Education group (ETE.GROUPSA) Private entity. ete.Group is a Holding company of seven (7) other Companies with different operations. The company is structured to develop a sustainable development of economic and to improve employment rate of up to 60% In five-year projection and to promote more skills for the youth of this country.

The company has 7 structured companies that will be trading in a national level

This companies are structured to benefit the youth in skills and also in employment to improve the economic sustainability of this country in such a way that all employees will be employed by the holding company title and be paid by the holding company in all sectors. As the ete.groupsa we determined to have a minimum pay grade of not less then R10 000 after deduction and with compulsory of all necessary employment benefit including Retirement plan, Life cover policy plan and letter of accountability recommendation of buying a house or a car rather anything that comes to an employee basic needs.

According to unemployment rate of youth from (15-24) is 63.2% and (25-34) is 41% shows a huge opportunity for this company to initiate an implementation and success into driving the economic of this country up to the top of the list in economic developed country as the main focus of the Advanced Training and Skills School target the youngest of age between (8-18) years in development of technology, medicines and other.

We seek to support of funding for business plan or other funding that can accelerates this company’s vision. According to the Research obtained from the Internet is that a business plan professional writing could cost about R4 000 up to R15 000 minimum and it also depending from the type of business and funding amount the business may require. So that has been a challenging phase for me under covid-19 pandemic. As the company has to plan for 8 business plans and holding company structure included with its financials forecast that could take years for me to actually reach to the level of the mission of this business.

We seek for much greater funding for the company to obtain a business plan. This business plan will be used to get funding’s from bank sectors for infrastructure and other basic meetings and to obtain licenses of operations to the other sectors of the company. As for the company want to start all operations at once in all provinces to accelerate more and be on speed of employment and economic improvement.

Funding from the bank sectors some of them will be invested back to the bank and get 3 months, 6 months and 12 moths cash interest to minimize the debts from the bank and to help for any financial glitches that may come along while in a process of buildings and other commitments. The support of your committee will be much helpful and appreciated not only to me but for the whole nation as we taking new progressive direction to making better lives for all and to obtain the economic equality to all south Africans
