Dear Portfolio Committee on Small Business Development,

Greetings I'm a truck shop owner in a rural area and have been working for six years. Last year things got tough and due to the covid lock down really effectived my business increase in product price and supplies changing their prices. I applied for covid funds but was not successful due to not having some documents, I then registered my tuck shop at SEDA in my local town did all the training that is required and received my CICP certificate and all the necessary documents to apply for the funds. I applied for the funds from February this year and no response I then called the SEDA offices on June this year trying to find out if when will I get the notification of approval and to my Schock I was told that my application was not approved that is why I didn't get them. I'm still questioning the part that my application was not approved for what reason and what can I do to get the funds to continue working in my shop I'm really struggling as prcises of products are increasing and loosing customers due to not having sertan products or price changes. Please help me as to what I should or can do
