Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Technology, as CET lecturers in the WC we are experiencing an unfair labour practice, we have never been paid 37% lieu benefits by the employer eversince we were migrated, and now since we are on standardisation the department is deducting 37% from our stipents which 37% was never added. We would like you as a committe to rescue us on this matter as we now on debts and cannot afford to pay our funeral policies. Your intervention will be much appreciated.
