I am Zothani Mbuli,a young entrepreneur (Founder and CEO) at Auctum Investments, trading as Auctum Garden Students Accommodation. I have a dream to partake in the property development and real estates sector and my strategy is to penetrate the market through serving and filling the huge demand gap for student accommodations. Currently,I am looking for a estimated budget of R60 million to fund my first property development project which is a student accommodation. The Auctum Garden Students Accommodation reserves to accommodate 300 students(300 beds). My biggest goal is to provide the students with a conductive structure throughout their studying span which will ensure thier safety student wellbieng, enhancive learning environment and also great college experience.
