Dear Portfolio Committee on Public Service and Administration, Performance Monitoring & Evaluation,

My Name is Moeketsi Nthoana,I have a problem with the current system used to employ people,I am 40yrs old and have been working for different companies in my life but all are temp jobs and not permanent. Therefore when trying to apply for government jobs there's always age restrictions which is 18-35, meaning people like myself,who have experience of working and in the stage whereby we need to look after our kids cannot find employment.

Please look into this matter,we don't want to spoon feeded but need for the system to fair and realistic,and 18yr old needs to be in school but the government is giving jobs to them rather than people who deserves opportunities more than these kids.
