ATTENTION!!Dear Select Committee on Security and Justice,

My name is Bongani a member of security operation officers. Employed to Biggest company Bidvest Protea coin Pty Ltd.

I'm writing in regards to the hours of labour and change of environment of work to ,as it hasn't take effect to this day but BCEA has taken place for the security and justice devision.but any of their amendment has not taken effect on the security companies Nation wide operating under Private sector.

Why is it ?. haven't taken effect but BCEA already active and in operation.So many official have been and still are affected literally by the clause operation of 60 hrs a week with no change in remuneration, stolen hrs end up with bad pay but long hours of work,Provident fund and benefits doesn't suit us well.

When will the BCEA resolve the matter as for official a tormanted by the operation and offully robed of their hours of work, subortaged contractual agreement, blackmailed of the company uniform and transportation and other related benefits.

Kindly please 🙏....resolute this industry
As it take a possion of 80% of this Nation wide
We deserve fear and equal labour rights!!!
As we all are employees of BCEA of the Labour Department.
