Dear Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA),
I am employed by S.A. government, I wish to know whether it's lawful that a family hold the directive position in the same Department and in the same section? My concern is that should an employee have a grievance against their supervisor, It needs to be reported to the next person as in order of hierarchy, the next person would be the husband of the supervisor.
