Dear Portfolio Committee on Public Service and Administration, Performance Monitoring & Evaluation,

I am working for an organization that provides Procurement solutions to Public Sector organizations. I am trying to gather the information on the IFMS , so that I have the latest information available , to support me with identifying any opportunities to invest in solutions addressing the state of Procurement in our Public Sector departments, entities and institutions in South Africa.

I would like to know more details on the current status of the Integrated Financial Management Systems (IFMS).
- Status of pilot implementation sites and feedback on the solution meeting the requirements. Please include the costs incurred to date compared to the budget and what the future budget are to complete the design and also implementation. Are there any plans to recover these cost in any way from departments , or entities who will be utilizing the solution.
- Updated requirements since the design of the various modules and the plans to cater for these new requirements and how, when and for what cost would these be catered for.
- Regarding above, have any major gaps been identified and what is the procurement plan to address these gaps,
- Roll-out plans , covering pilot sites and if possible until all in scope departments and or enterprise have been completed. Please include the cost to complete the roll-out.
- What is the policy regarding localization as it pertains to data residency and to what extent will the solutions migrate to the cloud.
- Regarding the cloud and data question, to what extent has the security and compliance requirements been addressed and tested or verified.

There is additional questions , queries and information that I would need. However before I spend too much time detailing this here , I would like to understand if the types of questions and information that I am looking for, would be provided by this committee.

Please point me in the right direction who can provide me with the above mentioned information or indeed where I can get this information.
