Bad service delivery from the Unemployment insurance fund

Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

Hi goodday
I want to lodge a complaint about the service delivery of the department of labour/ Uif i was retrench last year April 2021 i then applied for unemployment benefits and send in all necessary documentation online to the given email address. Up until now i havent received a single payment yet if i phone the contact centre then i get told i need to send the documents again for capturing; they been capturing my documents for the last 10months now. All i hear is just sorry for the inconvenience but your application will now be finalized. I have no source of income and i also cant apply for srd grant that the president has put out there for the unemployed people because my apllication response is Uif registered. I mean they noy giving me the Uif i have contributed my fare share to receive this money in moments like this. That is why its called "unemployment insurance fund" you have to contribute to reap the rewards one day if you unemployed. So is there anything that can be done in order for me to receive my money. I even send a email to uifcomplaints but no response
