The need for student accomodation is very Hugh around Polokwane wher there are many colleges which cannot house all students. Jobs are also scares. As women and parents we fear for the safety of these youngsters.

We have have acquired our reclaimed land in Polokwane near town. We wish to build student accomodation to participate in housing the many students that attend higher education institutions and rent in private homes or even squat in unpleasant and dangerous places. We could provide a secure, stable and decent accomodation for these students given a chance.

We however have no funds for such a building. The architects have quoted us R60 millionfor the construction. Please assist us with a loan, payable over 5 years, to realise this dream. In addition to providing decent accomodation to students, this venture could stimulate a number of economic activities both temporary and permanent for the neighbouring community.
