Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

I would like to report a company that is in the motor industry that is and has always intentionally and deliberately offered employment to people migrants and or foreign nationals regardless of their being properly documented or not preying on their desperation, and inturn abusing them by having them work long hours of at least more than 11hours a day 6 days a week at rates greatly lower than the gazetted national minimum wage, not paying overtime, or paying sunday rate or holiday rate or paying bonus or and type of leave pay...

I am willing to testify and to give concrete and tangible evidence to expose this company in a bid to bring to an end this gross abuse of people of a certain racial creed and nationalities...
