I have the following problem., I have submitted my claim on 31/12/21 via ufiling, & the claim is still not approved or un-approved..

I have received an email last week, from the commissioner, stating that the funds will be paid to my account in 7 x work days, however this was not the case ..

Could You assist me with the matter Please ..?
I have been waiting for more than 5 x months now, & this is ruining me financially, in terms of not paying rent etc.
