Dear Portfolio Committee on Basic Education,

I draw your attention to the intention in this bill to force vaccination (including Covid-19 vaccine) on our children as part of the compliance protocol for children to be admitted in schools, pages 10-14 of the bill. What is shocking, is, that non compliance, as suggested in the bill, would result in up to 12 months jail for parents. Is that not against constitutional rights of South Africans? Who is behind this bill draft? Can someone investigate if they have been put under pressure to write it as it is with such ignorance to basic laws of the land? Or, could it be that someone from the top is under the pay roll from the pharmaceutical international companies to promote their experimental MRNA vaccines?
