I am a co-director of a small company that was established last year 2021. We are a determined duo and committed to creating equal opportunities, retaining workers, feed our families and building generational wealth.

Through our dedication we were awarded our 1st Purchase order to providing cleaning services for 6 months. In order for us to facilitate this we approached SEFA for funding and the outcome you will see in the attached letter (The letter was addressed to the CEO “Thakani Madhuva” but later realised that the CEO is “Mr Mxolisi Matshamba” whom we forwarded the letter to aswell) and below email trail. Please note that our 8 employees might lose their jobs and our contract cancelled.

IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS SINCE WE APPLIED FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND TO DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO FUNDS RELEASED. WE COMPLAINED TO THE SEFA CEO AND DSBD BUT STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ASSISTED
