Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development,

I would like to say that many people on the ground are suffering due to poor severs delivery. When infrastructure are being build in a new side or a new developing plan are begin build in a community is the best and proper thing to do is to hire people within that please. Home Affairs most hire young people within the free State young people that have been out of school for 2-3 year people with none or little experience because those people are the ones that can find jobs only for the reason that most workplaces want people with experience the most frustrating part is that they have been in school for 12 years therefor have no experience.
Please kind Sir make way for the young one that what to build great nation of ours.
