Dear Select Committee on Land Reform, Environment, Mineral Resources and Energy,

The idea that I want to put forward is as follows:

When unscheduled maintenance is a neccessity, make use of alternative, contractors and or volunteers who possesses the skills to do the work. The reasoning behind this is that, should sabotage be the reason, then the contractor in use may well be made aware that it will not assist them to make work for themselves.
