Dear Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA),

I am suggesting the creation of centralised account to deposit all the monies recovered from corruption for the purpose of building a monumental state of art martenity clinics and schools in all the nine (9) provinces.

Each clinic and school must have a plague with writing a source of the fund for clinic and school.

The clinics and schools should be linked with the latest technology for sharing medical expectise resources and educational expectise resources.

This will give a vivid picture to South Africans the cost of corruption.
