Good day. I was accused of insulting and taken to court at AFB Makhado on Wednesday 18Mar98 but the court didnt finished and they said I will appear again the following day on Thursday 19Mar98 which I didnt appear again in court instead I was taken to Civillian detention Makhado Correctional Services where I hv stay five days in prison without a charge and I was discharge on my return from prison on Monday 23Mar98 but the Charge Sheet was sign seven days after I was discharge on the 31Mar98 while I was already discharged at AFB Makhado on Monday 23Mar98 but in the DoD Personal System indicated that I was discharge on the 02Apr98 but the HR of AFB Makhado Wo van Staden said I was discharge on the 06Apr98 but the DoD Personal System stated that I was detain in Civillian detention from 03Apr98 until 08apr98 and the Civillian detention Makhado Correctional Services indicated that I was detain in their centre from 19Mar98 until 23Mar98 but according to Col. Fourie at Air Command in legal division said the discharge is fraud and he knew it many years and he dont work with fraud charges. I hv many years asking about this Unlawful discharge in SANDF with no response. I hv taken my matter to Presidential Hotline many years and the Reference number 18603105. I hv taken my matter to PP Public Protector with Mr Vusi Matika and the Reference number 7/23079/99 with no response. I hv taken my matter to DHQ Erasmuskloef many years with Dr.Guma with no response.
