The contributions by the various expects who made presentations to the committee have indeed made it clear that careful consideration should be applied in order for the Constitution to be appropriately amended. It cannot be that our South Africa belongs to a few, blacks want a share of the acres that make South Africa. We are however, totally opposed to the notion that productive land should not be tempered with, as this suggest that blacks should only settle for the opposite which is nonproductive land. It just does not make sense. Are they supposed to be scavengers in their country of birth for those people who say do not temper with the productive land? That is the question I want you to take home.
